There are paid and free parking lots in Dubai.
Free parking in many shopping malls - for a set number of hours, such as: Nakheel Mall, Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Marina Mall, etc.

If you parked in a mall with paid parking, or in an airport parking lot - then you will get a receipt at the entrance, and before leaving it will need to pay at a special machine or the controller at the barrier.

Send a text message to 7275 with the text:
A00000 123A 1.
A - is the serial number of the car.
00000 - is the auto number.
123A - the number of the parking zone, indicated on the plate (each zone has a different number).
1 - the time that you will be parked.
On Sundays, these parking lots are free.

Salik - all toll roads are connected to an automated toll-reading system. All cars are equipped with special chips on the windshield, the upper part of it. Tolls are automatically deducted while the car is moving. Tolls range from 4 to 20 dirhams depending on the length of the road you are driving on.
Payment for toll roads comes from the security deposit which you leave when you sign the rental agreement.

On the street are popular parking lots with orange signs, next to these signs there are machines to pay for a parking space. The cost is two to four dirhams per hour. Payment is taken in coins. Have them with you at all times. There are instructions in English on the machine.

Refund of deposit within 14 - 28 days of the rental end date;
The deposit is deducted from: - toll roads; - fines;
- damage to vehicle; - damage and lack of chargers;

Traffic limit: - 250 km per day. Each additional km 10 AED.
Smoking in the car is prohibited. Penalty 1000 AED.


Obligatory presence of valid documents for tourists:
- original passport;
- Immigration legality (visa in the passport)
